So if the Undertaker went to Austin, Texas and decided to shop, where would he go? Baby Gap, of course.

My sister-in-law, Heidi Tenorio, spoke to the Undertaker as he was shopping for his new daughter. Heidi reports he was very nice and soft spoken.

Thanks to all my recent visitors. Look for more posts soon.
Sean Waltman is no longer with TNA. Here is the reason (according to him).
Jerry the King Lawler is updating the look of his rather lackluster website. His content has always been fairly decent, so hopefully his new look will boost the upappealing look of his website.

By the way, you can catch a video snippet of this year's Lawler vs. Dusty Rhodes match in the Proclamation section of the website. I won't tell you who won, but it is Lawler's website.
So did you see the Anna Nicole Christmas Party show? Joannie Laurer (Chyna) and her fiance X-Pac were among the guests. Joannie showed off her assets ( the ones up top). Anna credited Joannie as a wrestler, but she referred to X-Pac as Chyna's friend.

Raw came to Austin last night and I missed it. Sorry, WWE, but I need to save my money for Christmas shopping.

The Undertaker and Kurt Angle both have new additions to the family. Kurt Angle's daughter was born 11/25 and the Undertaker had a girl last week.
Jesse Ventura’s website is pure politics. There isn’t one photo of him in wrestling tights. Instead, he sports a conservative suit and delivers strong political opinions.

Afa the Wild Samoan is wrestling for the National Wrestling League.
I can’t believe the Big Show was F5’ed. Lesnar, despite his broken ribs, picked up Show and TOSSED him in the air.

According to Jim Ross at WWE, Brock will not be working much in the next few weeks to allow him some time to heal. Maybe Lesnar will spend some of that time at a chiropractor……….

The Ultimate Warrior proves he is the biggest jerk ever to walk into a wrestling ring. In his latest post, he expresses joy at the death of Paul Wellstone.
Hulk Hogan appeared on NBC's today show. View the clip here.

How many times did Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler and Eric Bischoff compare Raw to Monday Night Football? Their constant insistence that Raw is better than the Monday Night Football sounds very desperate, indeed. And when Jim Ross said they were better than Everybody Loves Raymond, it was funny, even though it wasn't meant to be.

Tonight's Connie Chung show on CNN will have a story on wrestling student's death.
Ok, get this. At chairshots.com, you can vote for the hottest woman in wrestling. Stephanie McMahon is betting Trish Status. I kid you not.

If you are sick of Eric Bischoff, HLA, Stepanie and Billy and Chuck's wedding, Harley Race has a word for you.
The Slam Wrestling website continues to get lamer.
Randy Orton has moved to Raw.

In the “in case you care category:”

WWE announced Jed Blaugrund is the Vice President, Production of the WWE film division.

It was hard to see Ric Flair lose to Rico on the 9/16 Raw. Flair’s legacy is tarnished by jobbing to a wrestler that doesn’t garner the respect of most wrestling fans. Maybe the loss is part of a longer story line. Maybe Flair is being setup for a final good run. I can only hope.

Gosh, this coffee would taste better if this mug had a picture of Ricky Morton. Jeepers, I can buy a coffee cup with Mr. Rock and Roll Express' picture at his website. Oooooooooo! Now I feel much better.
According to Lisa Marie Varon's website, she is touring with the wrestler's of Raw.

On tonight's Raw, a group of women protested Eric Bishoff's treatment of women on the show. Bishoff agreed to speak to the women in the ring. When confronted by the protest leader, Bishoff smuggly copped an attitude, until the leader took off her wig and glasses. It was Stephanie McMahon!

Together with Billy and Chuck, they humiliated Bishoff in the ring.

Go Steph! Your acting has really improved. Keep it coming!

Move over Rock! Dusty Rhodes will be producing and directing his first film this fall. I bet Goldust gives it a good review.

(Goldust is Dusty's son.)
I still can't believe Sean Waltman isn't part of WWE anymore. Sean was a solid in-ring performer with a strong personality who was never utilized well after Road Dogg was ejected from the promotion.

I saw Sean at a house show where he received a pop almost as big as the Rock. I can't believe WWE couldn't find a way to utilize such a talented wrestler.

Sean has just agreed to join NWATNA. He will know be billed as Syxx-Pac and is expected to team with Scott Hall.

Bradshaw tore his bicep muscle on Raw Monday night. He will be out 4-6 months according to the WWE. Ironically, Kane, his tag team partner, had a similar injury this year.

Unlike so called real sports, Bradshaw completed the match in spite of the pain.

Billy and Chuck have a wedding website. I signed the guestbook.

Monday, September 09, 2002

The September 2nd issue of the Solie Wrestling Newsletter features a good interview with Road Warrior Animal.
Billy and Chuck were discussed on ESPN, according to 1wrestling.com.
I can't believe Nidia advanced over Ivory in the Babe of the Year contest.
Raw's main event was great! We saw several really cool moves.

Jeff Hardy ran on top of the fan barricade and jumped down, clotheslining RVD and Jericho. I was also impressed with the many moonsault variations and successive moves RVD and Jericho traded. I wonder if Rey Mysterio is rubbing off on other WWE superstars.

Just in time for my birthday, 1wrestling.com has updated it's "Ask 1W" feature. Juventud Guerrero, Gordon Solie, Bradshaw and the Kat are mentioned, among others. Check it out! It's very interesting.
Joanie Laurer (formerly Chyna) is wrestling in Japan this month. Today she is in Shizuoka! If you can't get there in time, see here in the States also.

Lillian Garcia's website
Lillian Garcia signs a recording contract.

Wednesday, September 04, 2002

At the conclusion of the "pillow fight" on RAW, Stacy Keibler tarred and feathered Terri. Stunts like this are quickly making the women's division a joke, even though there are some very capable female athletes on the WWE roster, such as Stacy and Jackie.

I wish Chyna was still around.

The Rock has left the WWE temporarily to film Helldorado. The film, also starring Christopher Walken, doesn't appear to have an official website yet, but you can read about the status of this movie here.

Wednesday, August 28, 2002

Here's a good story on Bruiser Brody, one of the "madmen" of Pro Wrestling. If you like Mick Foley, read about the man he studied closely.
According to Reuters, Stone Cold Steve Austin posted a $5,000 bond and is out of jail. He is charged with beating his wife.
Jerry "The King" Lawler's website is better known for the pictures of his latest girlfriend, but you can read about his latest exploits also.

The 1wrestling.com webserver is overloaded after SummerSlam! No doubt the Millions (and Millions) of Rock fans want to read about Brock Lesnar's win over the Rock.
Brock's win allows WWE to put over a young wrestler and increase the number of wrestlers that are way over. Currently, only Angle, Undertaker, Hogan and the Rock are true main event stars.
Brock beats Rock at Summerslam!
